Netball Aid Event – Terms and Conditions

Netball Aid is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled responsibly, securely, and in line with applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

1. Event Overview

Event Name: Netball Aid Celebrity Match 2025

Event Details: This ticket enables you to attend all three activities, World Record Attempt, England Men’s Match and Celebrity Netball Match. Around will be activations for attendees.

Date: 2nd November 2025

Time: Doors open 15:00 -19:45

Location: Utilita Arena, King Edwards Road, Birmingham, B1 2AA

Organised by: Netball Aid

Purpose: A fundraising and awareness event in aid of BBC Children in Need. A minimum of 50% of all ticket sales will be donated to BBC Children in Need.

2. Registration and Tickets

All participants can complete the official registration process on the netballaid.co.uk website. Registration is free. By registering, you’ll receive updates on tickets, newsletters, and the latest information about Netball Aid events. In order to take part in the event, you will need a valid ticket purchased through our official ticket provider.

Tickets can be purchased through AXS and you abide by AXS’ policies, including their refund policy, safety and security measures and other terms of use.

Under 14-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.

If you are under 18 years old you must have the permission of an adult and or/carer before filling out the registration form or purchasing tickets. Under 18s must provide a name and email address for this adult.

3. Health & Safety

Participation is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and able to attend or take part. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the event organisers in advance. First aid support will be available on-site. Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by organisers and referees.

4. Code of Conduct

All Participants and spectators must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Abusive, offensive, or aggressive behaviour toward other participants, staff, or spectators will result in immediate disqualification or removal from the event. Alcohol is to be consumed in a responsible manner in accordance with Utilita Arena’s regulations and policies and illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the event. Appropriate attire must be worn to events.

5. Liability Waiver

The organisers, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the Event unless caused by proven negligence. Participants are encouraged to have their own personal accident insurance. Although the event organisers and venue have insurance in place.

6. Photography and Media

By participating in the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Images or footage may be used in future marketing, social media, or press materials by the event organisers or partners.

7. Fundraising (if applicable)

A minimum of 50% of all ticket sales from the event will go to BBC Children in Need. Any additional donations (online/bucket on the day) will go to CiN.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation

The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or change the format of the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule. Refunds are at the discretion of the organisers and AXS.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or purchasing a ticket for the Netball Aid Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
